Our centennial farm has been in the family since 1895. Dad, LaRue, grew fruits, vegetables, and cash crops when the farm passed to his management in the 1950's. Dad's farm was 'environmentally friendly' long before the term became popular. We feel we are following in his footsteps as we raise our animals in the 'new' health conscious way. Our animals have plenty of room to graze on new varieties of grass, clover, and alfalfa. They enjoy a healthy and relaxing environment....which in turn produces great tasting meat.
